Weeki Academy is designed around flexibility. You set your own schedule for course creation and live sessions. Most instructors dedicate 5 to 10 hours per week, but you can adjust based on your availability. There are no mandatory office hours.

You retain intellectual ownership of the original content you create. Weeki Academy is granted a license to host and distribute your courses on the platform. You are free to use your materials elsewhere, subject to the terms of your instructor agreement.

Formal teaching experience is valued but not strictly required. We look for strong communication skills, deep subject-matter expertise, and a genuine passion for education. If you have delivered talks, workshops, or mentored others, that counts too.
